On being happy   

Nothing is more annoying then someone who is dark and brooding just so they can prove how intellectually deep they are.

They aren’t. They are just annoying.

This isn’t to say that there aren’t things in the world that are very upsetting.

It is just that even though you think deep thoughts, truly deep people also understand the value of having a good time.

After all, which is more wise?

Choosing to be dark, brooding and angry with the world?

Or, choosing to allow yourself to be happy despite it all?

Since the choice is yours to make, choose to be happy.

There will be plenty of time to brood later.
