Controlling Your Emotions
Emotions are useful things.
But just because you are feeling something doesn’t mean you need to act on it.
This is especially true of your negative emotions.
Like say for example, anger.
There is nothing wrong with being angry.
But there is something wrong with hitting someone just because you are mad.
Controlling your emotions isn’t about not feeling the feelings you are feeling.
It is about controlling your behavior despite your emotions.
Remember, you control your emotions.
Your emotions don’t control you.
