Seeking Happiness: The Humanist Way

The Chambers Pocket Dictionary defines humanism as, "seeking,

without religion, the best in, and for, human beings."

Simply put, Humanists seeks happiness for themselves and for

others. 

Our compassion extends to every human being on the planet.

The real question is, how can we

find happiness?

A study by the India Institute of Technology found that certain behaviors contribute to happiness.

These include living simply, dreaming big, having a mission, a quest for self-improvement while being open-minded and flexibility, and

finally, enthusiasm.

Do you great each day with excitement, ready to take on whatever the day brings?
